Editing an email with a quote.

The Subject Line will show the name of the deal. I would advise changing this to KeyGreen - Service Agreement.

Then click on the email body (Main text area) and move the cursor to the beginning of the email. Begin writing your email as you also would.

When you get to a stage where you want to enter in the link to the text, you can then change what it says by following the steps below:

Click on the blue writing that shows the name of the deal, you will then be shown a box to edit the link. Always make sure that the ''open in new tab'' box is selected. Then change the Link Text to show what you want the customer to see.

Once you have changed it click save.

You will then have your email with the link included.
