Changing Deal Amount

Deal amount can be changed manually

There are two amounts on a deal;

  1. Deal Amount: Can be changed manually by you. It must be changed manually on any account that the line items include Bags & Tags.
  2. Total Deal Value: This is calculated by the line items in the deal and cannot be edited.

If you think the Deal Amount should be different to the Total Deal Value, refresh the page to show the Deal Amount that HubSpot has added, then change it to the amount you think it should be. NOTE: The weekly report will show both totals to show the differences.
